The Health Region has prenatal and breastfeeding classes for expectant parents, and offers follow-up services after the babies are born.
The YMCA offers general Childbirth Preparation Classes, hospital tours and a class specifically for people expecting multiples. They also host a support group (in partnership with The Regina Parents of Multiples Association) for new moms of multiples to meet once a month.
